frustrations
the next time i get angry or frustrated about something that doesn't go my way, or someone who is annoying me, or small things that seem to tick me off, i'm going to think to myself: "somewhere out there, there is someone whose day has been far worse than mine, who has had to suffer hardships i can't even imagine... and at the end of the day they're going to get into bed, and there will be no bitching, or complaining, or whining." by doing this i hope to put things in perspective, and try not to sweat the little things.
